Kevin's Stalker was a mysterious man who had been stalking Kevin since he woke up from the cave.
History
When Kevin had killed the Moonshine Masters of Winter and Forest, he was kidnapped by his stalker and held captive in an abandoned factory. During his imprisonment the stalker revealed he had been following Kevin since he came out of the cave. Just before he was about to kill Kevin T-Pose Man appeared and saved Kevin, forcing him to retreat. He later came back and fought Kevin, but got killed by Kevin in the end.
